Modern Family Rental (In Progress)

This redecoration project incorporated rental-friendly ideas to revamp a Brooklyn rental into a proposal that is colorful, bright, and impactful without sacrificing style and design. Thoughtful updates like modern lighting, curtained partitions, and modular furniture brought personality and warmth to the space while remaining comfortable and flexible. The use of curtains to define areas within the open floor plan added a sense of structure and intimacy without requiring any permanent changes. Bold color choices and curated decor created cohesion and vibrancy, turning the apartment into a reflection of the family’s taste.
